Return & Refund Policy

At The Hustling Women Tribe, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive.

* Returns: We accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
* To initiate a return, please email us at thehustlingwomentribe@gmail.com with:
    * Order ID
    * 360 degree unboxing video (must for return/ refund)
    * Clear images/videos of the product
* Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

* Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
* Sale/discounted items
* Customized or made-to-order pieces

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
* Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Share 360 degree unboxing video, clear photos and order details at thehustlingwomentribe@gmail.com
* After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

* Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
* You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation:
* Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
* Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
