We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
 
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• All COD orders require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp; unconfirmed orders will be cancelled.
• COD is available only on orders above ₹999.
• No refusal at delivery — repeated refusals will lead to blacklisting and prepaid-only orders.
• Please ensure availability to receive the order; failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation.
• No open delivery or trial — payment must be made before accepting the package.
  A small COD handling fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity or misuse.
